 On-line Reporting

CORE Rewards can report on anything stored in the rewards system. Within the rewards site, there is a layer of simple operational reports. When these reports do not suffice, clients can customize reporting in two ways.

First, reports can be provided off-line at an agreed to frequency (i.e. monthly, weekly, etc.) These reports can range from custom participant data to custom performance data. Reports may blend participant data and performance data to give a client a cleared picture of performance by region, function, etc.

Second, if custom on-line reports are required, CORE Rewards can provide an on-line reporting interface which is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Multiple layers of access can be designed into the reporting tool to meet the administrative needs of the client.

 Web Based Training

CORE Rewards web based training can be provided using your branded site within the images.

Training can be provided in HTML or Flash file formats. These files can be for participants or administrators. Training can be hosted here at CORE Rewards or the source files can be provided to you for hosting.

Additional training support, such as power points, image rich word documents or simple text documents, can be provided. Our training support methodolgy changes based on your needs and your participants circumstances.

Initial web-meeting hosted by a CORE Rewards application expert are included in every platform launched. Additional web-meetings and on-site visits may be coordinated if needed. 


 Push-pull Data Collection

CORE Rewards provides the right method of data collection whether you are collecting point of sale data to validate a participant's reward or pushing out approvals on submitted reward request.

In programs where you are missing data internally, CORE Rewards can provide creative ways of pulling this data out of participants. You may need email addresses. You may need account numbers associated to order numbers. You may need cost centers submitted with location codes. We can handle it all.

In programs where you are pushing out data to participants, the CORE Rewards solution provides unique "push" communication options (i.e. custom messaging, email blasts, etc.) which serve your needs well. The systems design allows for updates in real-time which translates to up-to-date messaging on your programs.
