Formed in 2001, CORE Rewards is a privately held company
located in Atlanta, Georgia. Founder and CEO of CORE Rewards, Jay
Flowers, says "Fortune 1000 customers consistently ask for an enterprise wide
application to manage their incentive and recognition programs. They need more
than traditional e-store capabilities. Measuring, Recognizing and Rewarding
Individual Performance linked to Corporate Strategy is significantly different
than delivering an on-line store." Realizing that no one in the
market was meeting this need, Jay founded CORE Rewards as the solution to those
needs.
Jay built his company by hiring the best the industry had to
offer for managing incentives programs but also for building quality
software. With this foresight, CORE Rewards develops and maintains the
highest quality incentive management on-line tools in the industry and
provides a host of incentive services backed by the best employees in the

Jay Flowers is the
founder and President of CORE Rewards. Jay has over fifteen years
experience in the incentives and rewards industries alone. Prior to
founding CORE Rewards, Jay was involved with several diverse businesses and was
a founder and leading executive with eCompanyStore.

Greg Sanders joined CORE Rewards in April of
2001 as a business analyst and software design consultant to help design and
build the CORE Rewards technology platform. Now as Vice President of
Technology, Greg is responsible for designing effective and efficient business
processes, maintaining and managing existing clients, and managing the daily
operations of the business. Prior to joining CORE Rewards, Greg served as a
business/technology consultant for a wide variety of clients. His background
includes over seven years experience in the incentives industry and over ten
years experience in project management, account management, business analysis,
software design, and software development. Greg graduated from the University
of Georgia with a Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems.

Frank Flood joined CORE Rewards in October of
2001. Initially brought on as a Senior Developer, Frank has progressed through
many roles and responsibilities and is now part owner and Vice President of
Software Development. Frank is responsible for managing ongoing development for
all software applications as well as working with clients to gather their
requirements for customized development. Frank's background in software
consulting and design methodology before coming to CORE Rewards is instrumental
in the quality of CORE's software applications and managing development needs
for a wide variety of clients and industries. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech.
